Panelock

Manufactured, like our Aislopanel, by 2 sides of steel filled with polyurethane by injection process. It is also equipped with a Camlock joint system. This type of panel provides more security to the longitudinal joints.

Mostly used in the manufacture of refrigeration or freezing chambers, in projects for industries such as:

  • Supermarkets.
  • Restaurants.
  • Hotel industry.
  • Packing houses, and more.

Formed by 2 steel sheets, in different finish options:

  • Galvanized steel – painted embossed white color 24 gauge.
  • Galvanized steel – painted white embossed color 26 gauge.
  • Galvanized steel – painted black 26 gauge.
  • 24-gauge 304 P3 series plain stainless steel.
  • Coated aluminum, 23 gauge.

Features:

  • Polyurethane foam core.
  • Average foam density of 40 kg/m3 for excellent thermal insulating power.
  • Environmentally friendly, CFC- and HCFC-free for maximum energy efficiency.
  • Wide range of thicknesses: from 2.5″ to 6″.
  • Tongue and groove joint system with Camlock system.
  • Wood is kiln-stoved and coated with marine varnish.

* Coatings can be combined from the exterior to the interior.
